What the service is
Qarain provides an independent, buyer-paid examination of evidence around one property decision. The deliverable is an artifact: claims traced to sources, gaps marked, and one of three postures — Verify, Investigate, or Hold.
What it is not
- Not legal advice, financial advice, or a valuation.
- Not a recommendation to buy or not to buy, and never a guarantee.
- Not a substitute for counsel; artifacts are built to hand to counsel.
The human gate
Scope acceptance is always a person, in writing, before any payment. No automated step on this site accepts a case or takes money.
Payment during the pilot
Online payment is not open. Seats are reserved by email; fees are fixed and stated on the check page before you start; payment is arranged only after written scope confirmation.
Liability
