The nine nevers
The method page says what we do. These are our absolute limits. They are written clearly so you can hold us accountable.
- Never paid by the supply side. No seller, developer, broker, portal, sponsor, referral, or lead fee. Ever.
- Never “buy this” and never “don’t buy this”. The decision is not ours to make.
- Never rankings. No best, no top ten, no safest choice.
- Never a guarantee and never a final verdict.
- Never personal legal or financial advice. We show evidence; counsel interprets law.
- Never a broker, a marketplace, or a recommender of properties.
- Never listings and never property marketing. No towers, no sea views, no photos.
- Never lead generation. Your contact details are never sold, shared, or traded.
- Never a claim beyond the evidence. What we have not established stays marked as open, in every language we publish.

Reading everything on this site is free: the method, the sample artifacts, the boundaries you are reading now.
Paid work begins at exactly one point: when you request a named instrument at its published fee.
When we say no, and the refund
If a case sits below our evidence floor, we decline it before taking payment. An honest no is part of the service.
If we discover mid-work that the floor cannot be met, we say so and refund in full.
If a delivered artifact falls materially short of what its page promises, you have fourteen days to say so. One message, no questions, refunded.
