H designed the method this site describes: every claim traced to a source, every source graded on a fixed ladder, every gap recorded rather than skipped.
H reviews every artifact before it is delivered. Nothing ships from machinery alone.
H is today the sole reviewer, which is why published response times are conservative.
H is not a lawyer and not a licensed financial advisor, and Qarain is built so that neither is claimed.

Conflict of interest
Qarain’s entire revenue is fixed fees paid by buyers. H holds no stake in any project Qarain examines, takes no commission, and accepts no payment, sponsorship, or referral fee from the supply side. If that ever changes for any engagement, the engagement is declined or the conflict is disclosed here first.
Authored and reviewed
The method page and the traced-claim articles carry H’s byline and are human-reviewed before publication.
Limitations
Examinations show evidence and gaps; they do not produce legal or financial verdicts. For legal validity of title or contract you need counsel, and our artifacts are built to hand to counsel, not to replace it.
