What it is
Each stated claim is traced: who says it, what independent source supports it, and what class that source belongs to.
A claim supported only by its maker is clearly marked as unverified. It may still be true. It is not yet evidence.
Contradictions between sources are surfaced, not averaged away.

Not a fraud investigation, and not an accusation of one.
Not an opinion about whether the project is good. It is an X-ray of the claims, and only the claims.
What a posture looks like
Investigate. The advertised rental yield traces only to the seller’s own material. The published site plan contradicts the distance claim. Both are open questions with named documents that would settle them.
Three postures exist: Verify, Investigate, Hold. There is no fourth called buy.
