What we do
We examine one property decision at a time.
Every claim is traced to a source and given an evidence class. What no source supports is recorded as a gap, not skipped.
You receive one of three postures: Verify, Investigate, or Hold. Each comes with the evidence behind it and the questions that would settle it.
What we don’t
We do not sell property and we hold no listings.
We never say buy or don’t buy. We never rank projects.
We give no legal or financial verdict. For that you need counsel, and we say so.
Who pays
Only you.
No developer, seller, broker, or portal has ever paid us anything.
Fees are fixed and published before you start.
What is unknown matters as much as what is known. We mark it, with a citation for where we looked.

Oman
