Email correspondence is processed only to deliver requested work, and is recorded in our processing register.
Cross-border transfers
Email infrastructure may process messages outside the UAE. We keep such processing to the minimum the work requires and apply appropriate safeguards for any transfer.
Free zones
If you contract with an entity in DIFC or ADGM, those zones’ own data protection regimes may apply to that relationship in place of the federal law.
